Néstor Kirchner, nama penuh Néstor Carlos Kirchner Ostoić (25 Februari 1950 – 27 Oktober 2010), adalah Presiden Argentina ke-54, antara 25 Mei 2003 dan 10 Disember 2007. Sebelum menjadi Presiden, Kirchner merupakan gabenor wilayah Santa Cruz. [1] Beliau digantikan oleh isterinya Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, menjadikannya Lelaki Pertama Argentina yang pertama. Selepas turun jawatan, beliau sempat menjadi Setiausaha Agung Kesatuan Negara-Negara Amerika Selatan (UNASUR) pada 2010.

Kirchner, yang pernah dibedah dua kali pada 2010 untuk masalah kardiovaskular, meninggal dunia di rumahnya di El Calafate, Wilayah Santa Cruz, pada 27 Oktober 2010, selepas dilaporkan mengalami serangan penyakit jantung.[2]
