Nasi Afghan

Nasi Afghan atau Kabuli Palaw, juga dikenali sebagai Qabili Pulao (Pashto: کابلي پلاو; Parsi: کابلی پلو) atau hanya pilav, adalah hidangan pilaf Afghan yang mengandungi nasi kukus dicampur dengan kismis, lobak merah, dan kambing. Ia adalah salah satu hidangan yang paling popular di Afghanistan dan dianggap hidangan kebangsaan Afghan. Ia dinamakan sempena bandar Kabul, ibu negara Afghanistan. Ia juga popular di kalangan orang Pashtun Pakistan.

Kabuli Palaw adalah dibuat dengan memasak basmati atau beras panjang dalam air rebusan (yang menjadikan nasi berwarna perang). Hidangan ini boleh dibuat dengan daging kambing, ayam, atau daging lembu. Kabuli Palaw dibakar di dalam ketuhar dan boleh ditaburi dengan lobak merah goreng, kismis, parutan kulit oren, dan kacang hancur seperti pistachio atau badam. Daging ditutupi oleh nasi atau tertimbus di dalam campuran nasi.

Kabuli Palaw adalah sangat popular di Arab Saudi, di mana ia dikenali sebagai Roz Bukhari (Arabic: رز بخاري), yang bermaksud nasi Bukhari.
