Marion Cotillard (Perancis: [maʁjɔ̃ kɔtijaʁ]  ( dengar); lahir 30 September 1975) ialah seorang pelakon, penyanyi-penulis lagu, pemuzik dan ahli alam sekitar Perancis.[1] Beliau ialah penerima Anugerah Akademi, Anugerah BAFTA, Anugerah Golden Globe, dua Anugerah César, Anugerah Eropah, dan Anugerah Lumières. Beliau menerima Ordre des Arts et des Lettres di Perancis pada 2010, dan dinaikkan pangkat kepada Pegawai pada 2016.

Cotillard mempunyai peranan bahasa Inggeris pertama dalam siri televisyen Highlander (1993) dan membuat kemunculan filem pertamanya menerusi The Story of a Boy Who Wanted to Be Kissed (1994). Kejayaannya hadir di dalam filem Perancis paling berjaya Taxi (1998), yang melayakkan beliau menerima pencalonan Anugerah César.
