Lloyd Stowell Shapley ( /ˈʃæpli/ ; 2 Jun 1923 - 12 Mac 2016) ialah seorang ahli matematik dan ahli ekonomi Amerika pemenang Hadiah Nobel. Beliau menyumbang kepada bidang ekonomi matematik dan terutamanya teori permainan. Shapley pada umumnya dianggap salah satu penyumbang paling penting dalam perkembangan teori permainan sejak kerja von Neumann dan Morgenstern.[1] Bersama Alvin E. Roth, Shapley memenangi Hadiah Peringatan Nobel dalam Sains Ekonomi 2012 "untuk teori peruntukan yang stabil dan amalan reka bentuk pasaran"[2]
