Lionel Barrymore (lahir Lionel Herbert Blythe; 28 April 1878 – 15 November 1954) merupakan pelakon pentas, filem dan radio selain pengarah filem Amerika Syarikat. [1] Beliau pernah memenangi Pelakon Lelaki Terbaik menerusi Anugerah Akademi menerusi filem A Free Soul (1931).
Barrymore meninggal dunia pada 15 November 1954 akibat serangan jantung di Van Nuys, California.[2] Beliau telah dianugerahkan dua bintang di Hollywood Walk of Fame, dalam kategori filem dan radio. Beliau juga merupakan ahli kepada American Theatre Hall of Fame, bersama adik-beradiknya yang lain iaitu Ethel dan John.[3]
