Jenny Beth Martin ialah pengasas bersama dan penyelaras kebangsaan Tea Party Patriots, dan kolumnis untuk The Washington Times. Pada Februari 2010, Martin dinobatkan sebagai 100 Pemimpin Paling Berpengaruh di Majalah TIME.[3] Beliau ialah pengarang bersama Tea Party Patriots: The Second American Revolution.[4]

Kehidupan awal dan pendidikan

Martin lulus dari Universiti Reinhardt di Waleska, Georgia, pada tahun 1990. Beliau kemudian mendapat sarjana dalam pentadbiran perniagaan dari University of Georgia.[2]

Tea Party Patriots

Pada Jun 2009, Martin telah membentuk Tea Party Patriots, bersama dengan Amy Kremer dan Mark Meckler . Pada tahun 2010, Martin dibayar $ 6.000 sebulan oleh organisasi tersebut.[2] Meckler mengundurkan diri dari Tea Party Patriots, dengan alasan perbezaan dengan Martin dan anggota dewan lain mengenai bagaimana organisasi itu dikendalikan.[5]
