Jamie Lynn Spears (lahir 4 April 1991) merupakan seorang pelakon dan penyanyi Amerika Syarikat dan merupakan adik kepada penyanyi Britney Spears, beliau terkenal dengan peranannya sebagai Zoey Brooks dalam siri sitkom Nickelodeon Zoey 101, yang dibintanginya dari 2005 hingga 2008.
