Кредно-палеогенска граница (К-Пг граница) порано наречена Кредно-терцијарна граница (К-Т граница) — границата помеѓу два периоди на развојот на Земјата - креда и терцијар. Се смета дека овој преод настанал пред 65 милиони години како резултат на удар на небесно тело, најверојатно астероид, на Земјата.

Ударот предизвикал значајни геолошки и климатски промени кои силно се одразиле и на живиот свет. К-Пг границата се смета за време на исчезнување на диносаурусите. К-Пг границата е видлива во геолошките наоди -Земјините слоеви-по целата Земјина топка во вид на тенок глинен слој богат со иридиум.

Во 1970-тите години е откриен кратерот Чикшулуб во Мексико кој се смета за местото кајшто паднал астероидот.
