Мирча Постариот (романски: Mircea cel Bătrân, изговорено [ˈmirt͡ʃe̯a t͡ʃel bəˈtrɨn] ( слушнете); о. 1355 — 31 јануари 1418) — војвода на Влашко од 1386 до неговата смрт. Бил наречен „постариот“ за да се разликува од неговиот внук Мирча II („Мирча Помладиот“), иако некои историчари сметаат дека овој епитет му бил даден како знак на почит од подоцнежните генерации.[1] Тој се смета за најзначајниот влашки владетел во средниот век и еден од големите владетели од неговото време,[1] и почнувајќи од XIX век романската историографија го нарекува Мирча Велики (Mircea cel Mare).[2]
