Šarls Ogistēns Kulons (franču: Charles-Augustin de Coulomb; dzimis 1736. gada 14. jūnijā, miris 1806. gada 23. augustā) bija franču fiziķis.

1781. gadā kļuva par Francijas Karaliskās Zinātņu akadēmijas locekli.[1] Rakstījis zinātniskus darbus mehānikā, elektrostatikā, magnetostatikā.[1] Viņš vislabāk pazīstams ar elektrostatikas pamatlikuma — Kulona likuma — atklāšanu un noformulēšanu, tāpat formulējis sausās berzes likumu, izgudrojis vērpes svarus.[2] Zinātnieka vārdā ir arī nosaukta elektriskā lādiņa pamatmērvienība kulons (C). Kulona likumu atklājis ar paša izveidoto vērpes svaru palīdzību.[3] 1780. gadu otrajā pusē viņš izveidoja mūsdienu elektrostatikas pamatus.[3]
