Rimantas Latakas (g. 1971 m. vasario 21 d. Plungės raj.) – lietuvių ekonomistas, diplomatas, Lietuvos ambasadorius Moldovos Respublikoje (nuo 2014 m.).

Biografija

1995 m. baigė Vilniaus universiteto Ekonomikos fakultetą, ekonomistas – prekių ekspertas.

1995–2004 m. buvo finansų ministerijos Biudžeto departamento Ūkio sektorių skyriaus vyriausiasis specialistas, 2004–2006 m. – Užsienio reikalų ministerijos Biudžeto ir finansų valdymo skyriaus vedėjas, vėliau – Finansų departamento direktorius.

2008–2011 m. buvo Lietuvos generalinis konsulas Gardine, grįžęs vėl vadovavo URM Finansų departamentui.

Nuo 2014 rugpjūčio 5 d. – Lietuvos Respublikos nepaprastasis ir įgaliotasis ambasadorius Moldovos Respublikoje.[1]
