Raistai – kaimas Joniškio rajono savivaldybėje, 4 km į šiaurės vakarus nuo Gaižaičių, netoli sienos su Latvija, Švėtės kairiajame krante. Seniūnaitijos centras. Pro kaimą eina vieškelis  1610  Dargiai–Jankūnai–Martyniškiai , toliau vakaruose veši Suokynės miškas. Saugomi gamtos paveldo objektai Raistų liepa ir Raistų ąžuolas.

Istorija

Autobusų stotelė Raistuose

Pokario metais apylinkėse veikė Prisikėlimo apygardos, Kunigaikščio Margio partizanų rinktinės Lietuvos partizanai.

Iki 1978 m. buvo „Tarybų Lietuvos“ kolūkio centrinė gyvenvietė.
