Pareškečio miškai – miškų masyvas Lietuvoje, Telšių rajone (vakarinis pakraštys – Rietavo savivaldybėje), 6 km į šiaurės vakarus nuo Varnių. Priklauso Telšių miškų urėdijos Varnių girininkijai ir Rietavo miškų urėdijos Tverų girininkijai. Apima 44,6 km² plotą. Masyvą sudaro Pareškečio, Rešketėnų, Tarvydų, Ankantų, Degėsio pelkės miškai.

Paviršius kalvotas, vietomis – lygus. Būdingi jauriniai, velėniniai jauriniai silpnai sujaurėję, jauriniai glėjiški smėliai bei priesmėliai, taip pat pelkiniai (žemapelkių, tapinių pelkių) dirvožemiai. Miškuose gausu ežerų: Stervas, Biržulis, Žiezdis, Kliokis, Salotas, Pūčkežeris. Gausu pelkių (Degėsio, Pabiržulio, Degėsio-Vartuvos, Utėlės ir kt.). Diduma miškų patenka į Virvytės baseiną: Rešketa (su Žiezde, Graužupiu); šiaurinis pakraštys – Minijos aukštupio baseine.

Medynai:

Jaunuolynai sudaro 33 % medynų, pusamžiai medžiai 52 %, pribręstantys 13 %, brandūs 2 %.

Pareškečio miškuose sutinkami šernai, stirnos, briedžiai, elniai, vilkai, lapės, usūriniai šunys, barsukai, kiaunės, voverės, kiškiai, ūdros, bebrai, ondatros.[1] Šiaurinė ir rytinė miškų dalis patenka į Varnių regioninį parką. Rytinėje dalyje įsteigtas Biržulio-Stervo ornitologinis draustinis.

Rytinę miškų dalį kerta plentas  160  Telšiai–Varniai–Laukuva . Pareškečio miškuose įsikūrę kaimai: Upetos, Šilai, Adomaičiai, Kyvaičiai, Rešketėnai, Avižaičiai, Vertininkai, Šaltupiai, Ankantai, Tarvydai, Parešketis, Žirgų Ganyklos, Vilko Miškas.
