Merkinės tiltas – tiltas per Nemuną, stovintis Merkinėje, šalia santakos su Merkiu. Ilgis – 211,5 m, plotis – 7,8 m.[1] Tai kelio  133  Merkinė–Leipalingis  tiltas per Nemuną. 1996 m. jis įtrauktas į Kultūros vertybių registrą.[1][2] Transporto statinys patenka į Merkinės piliakalnio su papiliu vizualinės apsaugos pozonį.

Istorija

Pirmasis tiltas per Nemuną Merkinėje pastatytas 1914 m. Prasidėjus Pirmajam pasauliniam karui, šis bei tiltas per Merkį greičiausiai buvo sunaikinti. Artėjant frontui Rusijos kariuomenė buvo įsitvirtinusi dešiniajame Nemuno krante, tikėdamasi priešo puolimo iš užnemunės. 1916 m. Merkinėje jau buvo įsikūrusi vokiečių karių įgula. 1916 m. tiltą atstatė vokiečių kareiviai. Tiltas nukentėjo ir per Antrąjį pasaulinį karą.[2]

Po 1958 m. vykusio potvynio, 1960 m. tiltas buvo rekonstruotas – paaukštintos ir sustiprintos jo atramos. 1999–2000 m. per rekonstrukciją sutvirtintos tilto atramos, pakeistos perdangos plokštės, nutiesta nauja važiuojamosios dalies danga.[1][2]
