Didysis moliūgas (Cucurbita maxima) – moliūginių (Cucurbitaceae) šeimos augalas, priklausantis moliūgo (Cucurbita) genčiai. Kilęs iš Pietų Amerikos (Andų kalnų), bet po Amerikos kolonizacijos išplatintas Šiaurės Amerikoje, Azijoje, Europoje.

Augalas žolinis, stiebas šliaužiojantis. Lapai dideli, skiautėti, šiurkštūs. Žiedai dideli, vienanamiai, geltoni ar oranžiniai. Vaisiai dideli, įvairių spalvų ir formų – sferiški ir netaisyklingi, gumburiuoti ir lygūs, tamsiai žali, geltoni, dryžuoti, oranžiniai.

Mėgsta lengvą, sausą, gerai vėdinamą dirvą. Neatsparus šalnoms ir sausroms. Lengvai kryžminasi su kitais moliūgais. Išveista daug varietetų.

Didysis moliūgas plačiai vartojamas kulinarijoje, ypač Amerikos žemyne. Valgomas įdarytas, naudojamas troškiniams, garnyrams. Valgomos paskrudintos sėklos. Išskobti ir džiovinti vaisiai naudojami kaip ritualiniai reikmenys.
