Benediktas Gaižauskas (g. 1928 m. lapkričio 17 d. Leilėnuose, Tryškių valsčius - 2018 m. birželio 27 d. Klaipėdoje) – Lietuvos biologijos mokytojas, ekologas.

Biografija

1959 m. baigė Vilniaus pedagoginį institutą. 1951–1953 m. dirbo mokytoju Klaipėdoje, 1953–1959 m. – Švėkšnos mokykloje, nuo 1959 m. Klaipėdos K. Donelaičio vidurinės mokyklos biologijos mokytojas, nuo 1994 m. mokytojas ekspertas. 1978 m. įkūrė ir vadovauja pirmajam mokyklos gamtos apsaugos muziejui. Jo mokiniai visų respublikinių biologų olimpiadų dalyviai, laimėjo 43 prizines vietas, iš jų 20 pirmųjų. 1990–1992 m. Tarptautinio Baltijos jūros projekto Lietuvos Respublikos moksl. koordinatorius. Skaitė pranešimus tarptautinėse konferencijose Suomijoje, Danijoje, Švedijoje, JAV

Vieninteliame šalyje mokyklos Gamtos apsaugos muziejuje sukaupta per 5 000 unikalių eksponatų, tiriamojo darbo aprašymų, veikia ekspozicija apie Žemę, jos sandarą, turtus ir ekologinę būklę.
