Ol Saladin[N 1] o Ṣalāḥ ad-Dīn Yūsuf (in arab: صلاح الدين يوسف) e Selahedînê Eyûbî (in curd: سەلاحەدینی ئەییووبی), nassid a Tikrit ind el 1138 e mort a Damasc ol 4 de marz del 1193 [1], l'è stait ol prim sovran de la dinastia ayyubida, qe l'ha regnad in Ejit del 1169 a'l 1250 e in Siria del 1174 a'l 1260. L'è cognossid per vesser stait ol principal aversare dei Franc e l’artijan de la vitoria de Hattin e de la reconquista de Jerusalem per i musulman ind el 1187.
