라데온 RX 베가 시리즈(Radeon RX Vega series)는 AMD가 개발한 그래픽 처리 장치 시리즈이다. 이 GPU들은 그래픽스 코어 넥스트 5세대 아키텍처(코드명 베가)를 사용하며 삼성전자가 제조하고 글로벌파운드리스에 라이선스된 14 nm 공정 핀펫 기술로 제조된다.[5] 이 시리즈는 데스크톱, 모바일 기기, 임베디드 애플리케이션 지향의 데스크톱 그래픽 카드와 APU로 구성된다.

이 라인업은 2017년 8월 14일 출시되었다. RX 베가 56, RX 베가 64가 포함되었으며 가격은 각각 $399, $499이다.[6] 이어서 2017년 10월 라이젠 2500U와 라이젠 2700U 등 2개의 모바일 APU가 등장했다.[7] 2018년 2월에는 2개의 데스크톱 APu인 라이젠 3 2200G와 라이젠 5 2400G, 그리고 라이젠 임베디드 V100 라인이 등장했다.[8][9] 2018년 9월, AMD는 자사의 애슬론 계열 제품의 여러 베가 APU를 발표했다.[10] 2019년 1월, 라데온 VII가 TSMC 제조 7 nm 공정 핀펫 노드 기반으로 발표되었다.[11][12]
