꽃고비과(---科, 학명: Polemoniaceae 폴레모니아케아이^[*])는 진달래목의 과이다.^[1]

대부분 멕시코·페루·칠레 등의 남·북아메리카 대륙의 태평양 연안에 분포하고 있으며, 동아시아에는 아주 적은 수만이 있을 뿐이다. 세계적으로 18속의 320여 종 정도가 알려져 있는데, 한국에는 꽃고비, 풀협죽도, 꽃잔디 등이 분포하고 있다.

주로 초본이지만, 일부는 목본인 것도 있다. 잎은 대부분 어긋나는데 종에 따라서는 마주나는 것도 있다. 꽃은 방사대칭인 양성화로 5수화인데, 수술은 꽃부리에 붙어 있다. 씨방은 상위로 2개 또는 3개의 방으로 나뉘어 있으며, 암술의 암술머리는 2갈래 또는 3갈래로 나뉘어 있다. 열매는 삭과이다.
