가슴 페티시즘

여성 가슴에 초점을 맞춘 이미지

가슴 페티시즘은 성도착증의 일종으로 여성 유방에만 집중하는 성적 관심으로 편파주의의 한 유형이다.^[1] 가슴 페티시즘이라는 용어는 여성 유방에 대한 문화적 관심과 이들이 나타내는 인간의 성을 지칭하는 비부유적인 의미로 사용되기도 한다.

과학자들은 가슴에 대한 비성착적 성적 끌림이 2차 성징으로서의 기능의 결과라고 가정한다. 가슴은 성적 자극과 생식에 중요한 역할을 한다.^[2]

일부 저자들은 서양 사회, 특히 미국에서 이성애자 남성들 사이에서 가슴에 대한 현대적인 광범위한 매력에 대해 성적 페티시즘의 맥락에서 논의했다.^[3][4][5]
