조지 로이 힐

조지 로이 힐[1](George Roy Hill, 1921년 12월 20일 ~ 2002년 12월 27일)은 미국의 영화 감독이다. 미네소타주 미니애폴리스 출신이다.

약력

예일 대학교에서 음악을 배우고 2차 세계 대전 중에 미국 해병대에서 조종사로 종군했다. 배우와 무대 감독, TV 감독으로 활동하다가 1964년 영화 감독으로 데뷔했다. 1969년 작품 《내일을 향해 쏴라》는 아카데미 감독상을 수상하였다.[2]
