얼 클루(영어: Earl Klugh, 1954년 9월 16일~, 디트로이트)는 미국의 스무스 재즈, 재즈 퓨전 기타리스트 겸 작곡가이다.

그는 보통 나일론 클래식 기타를 쓰며 손가락으로 줄을 튕긴다. 얼 클루는 밥 제임스, 레이 파커 주니어, 웨스 몽고메리, 로린도 알메이다 등에 영향을 받았다. 그의 음악은 이들 재즈, 팝, 리듬 앤 블루스 계열을 섞어놓은 듯한 것이다. 그는 그만의 독특한 달콤한 느낌의 컨템포러리 음악 세계를 갖추고 있다.

얼 클루는 13세 때, 페리 코모 쇼에 나온 쳇 앳킨스의 기타 연주에 감명을 크게 받았다고 한다. 이때 이후로, 얼 클루는 쳇 앳킨스의 여러 앨범에 게스트 연주자로서 등장했다. 쳇 앳킨스도 답례로서 《Magic In Your Eyes》앨범에 게스트 연주자로서 등장했다.
