메리다(스페인어: Mérida)는 유카탄주의 주도이자 가장 큰 도시이다. 멕시코만 해안으로부터 대략 35 km, 주의 북서쪽에 위치해 있다. 도시는 또한 그곳을 둘러싸는 동명의 지역 자치제 소재지이다. 2005년 도시의 인구조사에 있어 가장 붐비는 멕시코의 대도시 지역 중 12위를 랭킹한, 734,153 명이었다. 자치제의 인구는 781,146명이었다. 자치제 지역은 858.41명/km2이다. 대도시 지역은 메리다, 우만, 카나신 자치제를 포함하며 같은 2005년 인구조사에 있어 886,188명의 인구를 가졌었다. 메리다 (스페인), 메리다 (베네수엘라)와 함께, 그 이름을 공유하는 세계의 3 도시들 중 가장 크다.
