Батыр Қайыпұлы (туған жылы белгісіз — 1771) — сұлтан, Кіші жүздің бір бөлігінің ханы (15.10.1748 — 1771).[1]

Жошыдан тараған Жәдік сұлтанның ұрпағы. Бұхарада оқып тәрбиеленген. 1728 жылы аз уақыт Хиуа тағында отырған. 1723 - 29 жылдары қазақ-жоңғар соғыстарында Шекті руының жасағын бастап, жеке басының батырлығы және қолбасшылық қабілетімен көзге түседі. XVIII ғасырдың 20-шы жылдарының аяқ кезінен бастап Әбілқайыр ханның басты бақталастарының біріне айналды. Барақ сұлтанмен келісімге келіп, Әбілқайырдың өліміне себепші болды.[2] 1731 жылдың желтоқсанда Батыр сұлтан Ресей бодандығын қабылдағанымен өзінің геосаяси мақсаттарын жүзеге асыруда жоңғарларға да иек сүйеуге тырысты.[3] Әбілқайырдың қазасынан кейін, оның ұлы Нұралы хан ханның билігін мойындаудан бас тартты. 1748 жылдың қазан айында Әлімұлының Шекті, Шөмекей, Бозғыл, Қарасақал руларының басшылары Батыр сұлтанды хан сайлайды. Бірақ Ресей өкіметі оны хан деп танымайды. 1750 - 60 жылдары Батыр хан Орта Азия жеріндегі хандармен бейбіт қарым-қатынас орнатады. Егде тартқан шағында Сырдарияның төменгі ағысындағы ордасында қайтыс болады.[4][5]
