ზაქარია ჩხუბიანიშვილი

ზაქარია ნიკოლოზის ძე ჩხუბიანიშვილი (დ. 1903, რუისპირი — გ. 24 აპრილი, 1980, თბილისი, საქართველოს სსრ) — ქართველი ინჟინერი, გამომგონებელი, პარტიული, საბჭოთა და სამეურნეო დარგის მუშაკი. სკკპ წევრი 1928 წლიდან.

ბიოგრაფია

1917 წლამდე სწავლობდა თელავის სასულიერო სასწავლებელში. სახსრების უქონლობის გამო, იგი იძულებული იყო თავი დაენებებინა სწავლისათვის.

1922 წლის დამლევს მუშაობდა სოფელ რუისპირის რევკომის მდივნად, ხოლო შემდეგ 1923 წელს არჩეულ იქნა გლეხკომის თავმჯდომარედ. 1925 წელს დაამთავრა თელავის საბჭოთა პარტსკოლა: იმავე წელს არჩეულ იქნა ალკკ სამაზრო კომიტეტის შემადგენლობაში და მუშაობდა ინსტრუქტორად. 1926 წელს გაიგზავნა ბორჯომის რაიონში, სადაც მუშაობდა მედსანშრომის კავშირის გამგეობის თავმჯდომარედ, შემდეგ 1929 წლამდე კახეთის ოლქის მედსანშრომის კავშირის გამგეობის თავმჯდომარედ იყო. 1929 წელს თბილისის სატყეო-ტექნიკურ ინსტიტუტში შევიდა და სწავლასთან ერთად მსახურობდა კიდეც. 1932 წლიდან იყო თბილისის სატყეო-ტექნიკური ინსტიტუტის კოლექტივის ბიუროს მდივანი. 1933 წლის აგვისტოში საქართველოს სატყეო ტრესტის საწარმოო-ტექნიკური განყოფილების უფროსად დაინიშნა და ამავე დროს პარტკომის მდივნად მუშაობდა სატყეო მრეწველობის სახალხო კომისარიატის რწმუნებული სამმართველოში. 1935 წელს დაინიშნა ამიერკავკასიის სატყეო მეურნეობის სამეცნიერო-კვლევითი ინსტიტუტის დირექტორად, სადაც მუშაობდა 1936 წლამდე. ამავე წელს გაიგზავნა ლენინგრადის სატყეო-ტექნუკური აკადემიის ასპირანტურაში. 1937 წლის ივნისში გამოწვეულ იქნა აკადემიიდან და დაინიშნა თბილისის სატყეო-ტექნიკური ინსტიტუტის დირექტორად.

1937–1940 წლებში იყო საქართველოს სსრ-ის სატყეო მეურნეობის სახალხო კომისარი; 1940–1941 წლებში პარტიის სიღნაღის რაიონული კომიტეტის პირველი მდივანი; 1942 წელს საქართველოს კპ ცკ-ის მდივანი მრეწველობის დარგში; 1944–1946 წლებში საქართველოს კპ თბილისის საქალაქო კომიტეტის მეორე მდივანი; 1946–1952 წლებში საქართველოს სსრ-ის მინისტრთა საბჭოს თავმჯდომარე; 1952–1953 წლებში საქართველოს სსრ-ის უმაღლესი საბჭოს პრეზიდიუმის თავმჯდომარე; 1953 წლიდან საქართველოს ხე-ტყისა და ხის დამამუშავებელი მრეწველობის მინისტრი.

1959–1976 წლებში ხელმძღვანელობდა თავის ინიციატივით დაარსებულ სატყეო მრეწველობის სამეცნიერო-კვლევით ინსტიტუტს, არის 20-მდე სამეცნიერო ნაშრომისა და სამი მონოგრაფიის ავტორი. მისი ინიციატივით დაინერგა ფოთლოვანი ჯიშის მერქნის (მურყანი) გამოყენება ცელულოზა-ქაღალდის მრეწველობაში, ამ საკითხზე დაიცვა დისერტაცია „მურყანის მერქანი და მისი გამოყენება ცელულოზისა და ქაღალდის მრეწველობაში“ (მონოგრაფია, 1961 წელი). ზაქარია ჩხუბიანიშვილის უშუალო მონაწილეობითა და ინიციატივით აშენდა ავეჯის ფაბრიკა და ხის დამამუშავებელი კომბინატი თბილისში, ახმეტის სახერხი ქარხანა, ენგურის ქაღალდის კომბინატი, ახალდაბისა და ქუთაისის ავეჯის ფაბრიკები, ავეჯის მსხვილი საწარმო „განთიადი“ თბილისში. დაჯილდოებული იყო ორდენებითა და მედლები, მიღებული ჰქონდა სახელმწიფო ჯილდოები.
