法務協議会（ほうむきょうぎかい、The General Legal Council ）は、ガーナにおける弁護士の監督機関である。1960年の議会立法「1960年弁護士法（法律第32号）」によって設立された。同国内における法学教育および弁護士の職務の監督をその役割とする[1]。

構成員

学識経験者、裁判官および弁護士が、法学教育、訓練および実務を代表して本協議会を構成する[2]。最高裁判所長官（英語版）が同時に議長を務める。最高裁判所（英語版）裁判官のうち最上席の3名、法務長官（英語版）ならびにガーナ法曹協会の会長、副会長および書記官も構成員となる[3]。

機能

本協議会は、ガーナで実務に携わる弁護士の資格を管理する。また、毎年10月の第1週には新任弁護士の入会事務も取り扱う。同国における弁護士の懲戒処分や除名の権限を有する懲戒委員会もここに属している[2]。
