村田潔（むらた　きよし、1957年 12月15日 - ）は日本の情報倫理学者・経営情報学者。

専攻は情報倫理、経営情報学、情報品質など。経営学と情報倫理を融合した組織情報倫理学を提唱している^[1]。ETHICOMPをはじめとする情報倫理関連の国際会議で運営委員、プログラム委員を数多く務めている。Journal of Information, Communication and Ethics in SocietyならびにEuropean Journal of Management and Business Economics編集委員^[2]^[3]。

明治大学商学部教授（1997年 - ）、明治大学ビジネス情報倫理研究所長（2006年 - ）、英国 De Montfort University, Centre for Computing and Social Responsibility (CCSR) 国際リサーチアソシエイト（2005年 - ）、香港 Computer Ethics Society 顧問（2012年 - ）、元日本情報経営学会会長（2016年 - 2020年）。
