Terrance Cauthen (Trenton, 14 maggio 1977) è un ex pugile statunitense.
Carriera
Il risultato più importante della sua carriera dilettantistica arrivò nel 1996, quando riuscì a qualificarsi per la squadra olimpica degli Stati Uniti. Ai Giochi olimpici di Atlanta gareggiò nella categoria dei pesi leggeri e superò i primi tre incontri, battendo il mongolo Tümentsetsegiin Üitümen e il thailandese Pongsith Wiangwiset, prima di essere sconfitto in semifinale dal bulgaro Tontcho Tontchev. La sconfitta gli valse comunque la medaglia di bronzo olimpica.
