The Lakes, Las Vegas

The Lakes adalah sebuah pemukiman terencana seluas 2 mi persegi (5.2 km²) yang terletak di dalam batas kota Las Vegas, Nevada. Terletak di bagian barat Las Vegas Valley sekat Pegunungan Spring dan Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Bagian tengahnya, berupa sebuah danau buatan besar. Dibangun sejak pertengahan 1980-an hingga pertengahan 1990-an, dan pada waktu itu berada di tepi pembangunan di lembah Las Vegas. Terdiri dari campuran rumah keluarga tunggal, apartemen, kondominium, pertokoan dan perkantoran.

Pemukiman ini berbatasan dengan Sahara Avenue di Utara, Durango Drive di Timur, Desert Inn Road di Selatan, dan Hualapai Way di Barat. Beberapa pemukiman besar terencana lainnya letaknya dekat, termasuk Summerlin di barat dan Peccole Ranch dan Canyon Gate di utara.

Citicards, subsidiari Citibank, membangun Payment Processing Center utamanya di sini tahun 1990. United States Postal Service telah membuat dua kode ZIP untuk menangani volume besar surat yang dikirim.
