The Distinguished Citizen (bahasa Spanyol: El ciudadano ilustre) adalah sebuah film drama Argentina-Spanyol 2016 yang disutradarai oleh Gastón Duprat & Mariano Cohn.[3] Film tersebut terpilih untuk memperebutkan Singa Emas di Festival Film Internasional Venesia ke-73.[4] Di Venesia, Oscar Martínez memenangkan Piala Volpi untuk Aktor Terbaik.[5] Film tersebut terpilih menjadi perwakilan Argentina untuk Film Berbahasa Asing Terbaik di Academy Awards ke-89 namun tidak masuk nominasi.[6] Film tersebut memenangkan Film Ibero-Amerika Terbaik di Penghargaan Platino ke-4.
