Sacha Pfeiffer (lahir 7 September 1971) adalah seorang jurnalis investigatif dan pembawa acara radio pemenang Pulitzer Prize asal Amerika. Ia dikenal atas karyanya dengan tim Spotlight yang dijalankan oleh The Boston Globe.[2] Ia adalah anggota kelompok wartawan yang memenangkan Pulitzer Prize for Public Service pada tahun 2003 atas karya mereka dalam menguak penyorotan pelecehan seksual rohaniwan Gereja Katolik Roma.[3]
