Robert James Sawyer CM (lahir 29 April 1960) adalah seorang penulis fiksi ilmiah asal Kanada.[2] Ia telah menerbitkan 23 novel,[3] dan fiksi pendeknya telah muncul dalam Analog Science Fiction and Fact, Amazing Stories, On Spec, Nature, dan beberapa antologi.[4][5] Sawyer memenangkan[6][7] Penghargaan Nebula (1995),[8] Penghargaan Hugo (2003),[9] dan John W. Campbell Memorial Award (2006).[10]
