Piala Negara-Negara Afrika 1976 adalah edisi ke-10 turnamen sepak bola Piala Negara-Negara Afrika. Turnamen ini diselenggarakan di Etiopia sejak tanggal 29 Februari hingga 14 Maret 1976. 8 tim berpartisipasi pada putaran final. Berbeda dengan beberapa edisi sebelumnya yang menggunakan sistem gugur untuk menentukan juara turnamen, edisi ini mempertemukan empat tim finalis pada babak akhir turnamen.

Maroko menjuarai turnamen ini untuk pertama kalinya setelah mampu menahan imbang Guinea dengan skor 1–1 pada pertandingan terakhir di Stadion Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa. Nigeria berada pada peringkat ketiga setelah mengalahkan Mesir dalam pertandingan terakhir lainnya. Pemain Maroko Ahmed Faras menjadi pemain terbaik sepanjang turnamen, sementara pemain Guinea N'Jo Léa menjadi pencetak gol terbanyak sepanjang putaran final dengan 4 gol.
