Acara penganugerahan Penghargaan Film Hong Kong ke-2 memberikan penghargaan untuk film-film terbaik tahun 1982 dan berlangsung di Universitas Baptis Hong Kong, Aula Komunitas Akademis, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong pada 31 Agustus 1983 pukul 20.00. Acara ini dibawakan oleh Eric Ng dan Zhan Xiaoping, dengan pemberian penghargaan dalam 13 kategori. Acara ini disponsori oleh Sing Tao Newspapers Limited dan Majalah Hiburan City.[1]

Penghargaan

Pemenang dicantumkan pertama, diberi sorotan dengan huruf tebal, dan ditunjukkan dengan belati ganda (double-dagger).[2][3][4][5]
