NGC 4448 adalah sebuah galaksi spiral yang terletak di rasi bintang Coma Berenices. Galaksi ini ditemukan oleh William Herschel pada tanggal 11 April 1785. Galaksi ini merupakan bagian dari anggota Gugus Virgo.[2] Inti galaksinya terang dalam tonjolan galaksi yang hampir bulat[3] dan memiliki bentuk oval (menurut dari Bumi) yang sangat jelas[4]
