NASCAR Seri Grand National musim 1959 adalah musim kesebelas dari kejuaraan NASCAR seri utama yang diadakan di Amerika Serikat. Musim dimulai pada 9 November 1958 di Fayetteville dan berakhir pada 25 Oktober 1959 di Concord. Lee Petty memenangkan kejuaraan untuk ketiga kalinya dan terakhir dalam karirnya. Putranya Richard Petty memenangkan penghargaan rookie of the year. Tahun ini adalah tahun debut untuk perlombaan Daytona 500.
