Mike Harrington adalah seorang programmer dan pebisnis komputer Amerika. Dia adalah salah satu pendiri pengembangan video game dan perusahaan distribusi digital Valve.[1] Sebelumnya seorang programmer game di Dynamix dan seorang desainer pada sistem operasi Windows NT di Microsoft,[2] Harrington mendirikan Valve pada tahun 1996 dengan Gabe Newell, mantan karyawan Microsoft lainnya.

Harrington dan Newell secara pribadi mendanai pengembangan produk debut Valve, Half-Life (1998), yang dia juga bantu programnya.[1][3] Dia berkata: "Di Microsoft Anda selalu bertanya-tanya, 'Apakah saya sukses atau Microsoft?' Tetapi dengan Half-Life saya tahu Gabe dan saya telah membangun produk dan perusahaan itu dari awal. Pada 2006, Harrington ikut mendirikan Picnik dengan teman dan mantan rekannya Darrin Massena, yang kemudian diakuisisi oleh Google pada Maret 2010. Harrington meninggalkan Google pada Maret 2011, dan ikut mendirikan perusahaan lain dengan Massena, bernama Catnip Labs, pada Januari 2012. Harrington adalah CTO di Committee for Children dari 2016-2018 dan sekarang CTO of Amplion.[4][5]
