Michael Stanley Regan[3] (lahir 6 Agustus 1976) adalah seorang regulator lingkungan hidup Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai Administrator Badan Perlindungan Lingkungan Hidup ke-16 sejak 11 Maret 2021.[4] Ia adalah orang Afrika-Amerika pertama yang menjabat dalam jabatan tersebut.[4]
