Katedral Brixen (bahasa Jerman: Brixner Dom, bahasa Italia: Duomo di Bressanone) adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di kota Brixen , Tirol Selatan, Italia. Katedral ini didedikasikan untuk Santa Perawan Maria Diangkat ke Surga dan Cassian dari Imola.[1] Sejak didirikan, Katedral Brixen telah menjadi Tahta Episkopal. Pada tahun 1964, Keuskupan Bolzano-Brixen dibentuk, dan tahta dipindahkan ke Bolzano. Katedral saat ini berstatus basilika minor.[2]

Katedral ini dikenal sejak tahun 980an.[3] Bangunan aslinya adalah Ottonian.[4] Pada tahun 1174, bangunan ini dibangun kembali dengan gaya Romawi, seiring dengan selesainya pembangunan basilika dengan tiga bagian tengah serta dua menara. Pada tahun 1745–1754 bangunan ini dibangun kembali dengan gaya Baroque. Lukisan dinding yang menggambarkan Adoration of the Lamb (1748–50) dibuat oleh Paul Troger, dan altar utamanya dibuat oleh Theodor Benedetti. Ada juga patung Perawan Gotik karya Hans Leinberger. Organ pipa dibuat pada tahun 1980 oleh Orgelbau Pirchner.[2][4]

Sebuah biara di sebelah katedral ditutupi dengan lukisan dinding bergaya Romawi dan Gothis.[2]
