Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo (lahir 4 November 1962)[1] adalah seorang politisi Republik Demokratik Kongo. Dia adalah salah satu dari empat wakil presiden pemerintahan transisional di Republik Demokratik Kongo dari 17 Juli 2003 sampai Desember 2006. Bemba juga memimpin Pergerakan Pembebasan Kongo (MLC), sebuah grup pemberontak berkedok partai politik. Ia menerima jumlah suara tertinggi kedua di pemilihan presiden 2006. Pada Januari 2007 dia terpilih ke Senat.

Dia ditahan di dekat Brussels pada 24 Mei 2008 dengan dasar perintah penahanan dari Mahkamah Pidana Internasional.[2] Meskipun dia pada asalnya didakwa dalam tuduhan kejahatan kemanusiaan dan lima tuduhan kejahatan perang, pada oktober 2010, Mahkamah mengurangi tuduhan kepada dua tuduhan kejahatan kemanusiaan dan tiga tuduhan kejahatan perang.[3]
