Letkol Sir Arthur Henry McMahon GCMG GCVO KCIE CSI KStJ (28 November 1862 – 29 Desember 1949) adalah seorang perwira British Indian Army dan diplomat yang bertugas sebagai Komisioner Tinggi di Mesir dari 1915 sampai 1917.^[1] Ia juga menjadi seorang administrator di British Raj dan dua kali menjabat sebagai Kepala Komisioner Balochistan.^[2] McMahon dikenal karena Korespondensi McMahon-Hussein dengan Hussein bin Ali, Syarif Makkah, Garis McMahon antara Tibet dan India dan Deklarasi Tujuh Orang dalam menjawab sebuah memorandum yang ditulis oleh tujuh tokoh Suriah. Setelah Perjanjian Sykes-Picot diterbitkan oleh pemerintahan Rusia Bolshevik pada November 1917, McMahon mundur.^[3] Ia juga dikenal karena muncul dalam catatan T.E. Lawrence atau perannya dalam Pemberontakan Arab melawan Kekaisaran Utsmaniyah pada Perang Dunia I, Tujuh Tiang Kebijaksanaan.
