Gereja Ortodoks Finlandia (bahasa Finlandia: Suomen ortodoksinen kirkko;[2] bahasa Swedia: Ortodoxa kyrkan i Finland;[3] bahasa Rusia: Финляндская Православная церковь[4]) adalah suatu keuskupan agung Ortodoks Timur yang otonom dari Patriarkat Ekumenis Konstantinopel. Gereja memiliki posisi hukum sebagai gereja nasional di negara itu, bersama dengan Gereja Lutheran Injili Finlandia.

Dengan akarnya dalam karya misionaris Novgorodian abad pertengahan di Karelia, Gereja Ortodoks Finlandia adalah bagian dari Gereja Ortodoks Rusia hingga tahun 1923. Saat ini gereja memiliki tiga keuskupan dan 59.000 anggota yang merupakan 1,1 persen dari penduduk asli Finlandia. Paroki Helsinki memiliki pengikut paling banyak.
