Edwin James Barclay (5 Januari 1882 – 6 November 1955)[1] adalah seorang politikus, penyair, dan musisi Liberia yang menjabat sebagai Presiden Liberia ke-18 dari tahun 1930 hingga 1944.[2] Ia adalah anggota Partai True Whig, yang mendominasi tata kelola politik negara selama beberapa dekade. Di bawah kepemimpinan Barclay, Liberia menjadi sekutu Amerika Serikat selama Perang Dunia II.
Pada tahun 1901, pada usia 19 tahun, Edwin menulis lagu patriotik Liberia, "The Lone Star Forever". Barclay dan istrinya Euphemia memiliki tiga anak. Selain itu, mereka membina calon Duta Besar Liberia untuk AS, George Arthur Padmore (1915–2005).[3][4][5]
