Dekret Lahan

Dekret Lahan, yang ditulis oleh Vladimir Lenin, disahkan oleh Kongres Soviet Kedua Deputi Buruh, Prajurit, dan Petani pada 26 Oktober 1917, setelah keberhasilan Revolusi Oktober. Dekret tersebut berisi tentang penghapusan hak milik pribadi, dan redistribusi lahan kaum petani. Menurut Dekret Lahan, kaum petani telah menyita lahan bangsawan, biara dan Gereja.

Pada 19 Februari 1918, Komite Eksekutif Pusat Kongres Soviet juga mengeluarkan dekret yang berjudul "Hukum Dasar Sosialisasi Lahan".[1] Dekret tersebut digantikan oleh Undang-Undang Lahan 1922.
