Brendan Gleeson (lahir 29 Maret 1955) merupakan seorang aktor berkebangsaan Irlandia. Dia menjadi terkenal saat bermain di film utamanya seperti Harry Potter films, Kingdom of Heaven, Troy, Gangs of New York, 28 Days Later, Braveheart, dan The General. Dia dilahirkan di Dublin.
