Laulupidu

Otvaranje festivala 2009. godine.

Laulupidu (hrvatski: Estonski festival pjesme) je festival zborova koji se svakih pet godina održava u Estoniji još od 1869. godine (iako razmak između festivala nije uvijek bio pet godina). Laulupidu je jedan od najvećih zborskih događaja u svijetu te se smatra remek-djelom nematerijalne baštine čovječanstva. Od 1896. godine, festival se u različitim razmacima održava u Tallinnu paralelno s Estonskim festivalom plesa.[1] Festival se održava na Pjevačkom polju (est.: Lauluväljak). Na festivalu u pravilu bude nekoliko desetaka tisuća izvođača, a iznimno je popularan među publikom.[1][2] Festival je imao i značajnu povijesnu ulogu tijekom narodnog preporoda i Raspjevane revolucije.
