משרת העם (באוקראינית: "Слуга народу", מבוטא "סְלוּהא נָרוֹדו") היא מפלגת השלטון האוקראינית, שבראשה עומד הנשיא וולודימיר זלנסקי. זוהי המפלגה היחידה המרכיבה את ממשלת אוקראינה, לצד שרים חסרי שיוך מפלגתי. המפלגה נרשמה רשמית במשרד המשפטים ב-31 במרץ 2018.[1] ולאחר בחירות פרלמנטריות ביולי 2019 הפכה למפלגה הגדולה ביותר באוקראינה. שמה של המפלגה זהה לשמה של סדרת טלוויזיה אוקראינית מצליחה "משרת העם", שהופקה על ידי חברת ההפקה רובע 95 ובה גילם וולודימיר זלנסקי את נשיא אוקראינה.

היסטוריה

מנהיג המפלגה הראשון היה עורך הדין של חברת ההפקות, איוואן בקאנוב.[2] בעת הקמת המפלגה בחברת ההפקות טענו כי היה להם חשוב לעשות זאת, כדי שאיש לא יגזול את שם הסדרה ל"מטרות פוליטיות ציניות".[3] מבחינה משפטית, מפלגה זו היא היורשת של "המפלגה לשינויים מכריעים" (באוקראינית: Партія рішучих змін).[4][5]

בחודש דצמבר 2017, סקר של מרכז רזומקוב טען שהמפלגה זוכה לתמיכה של 4%[6] (שאינם מספיקים כדי לקבל מושב בפרלמנט האוקראיני, בשל אחוז החסימה העומד על 5%[7]). בחודש אפריל 2018 בסקר של חברת הסקרים "RATING"‏, 9% מהנשאלים אמרו שהם יצביעו למפלגה.[8] בסקר שנערך ביוני 2018 המפלגה כבר זכתה ב-10.4%.[9]

השחקן הראשי של סדרת הטלוויזיה "משרת העם" וולודימיר זלנסקי הודיע בסוף דצמבר 2018 כי הוא חבר במפלגה וכי הוא פעיל פוליטית.[10][11] הוא הוסיף כי הוא עדיין לא מוכן עדיין לתת שמות אחרים של שותפים וחברים למפלגה. בביקור מתוכנן למשרדי המפלגה, הממוקמים במשרד עורכי הדין בקייב "עורכי הדין קצ'ורה", כתבים של מערכת העיתון "אוקראינסקה פרבדה" באוקטובר 2018 נדחו על ידי חבר המפלגה שנכח במקום (וסירב לתת את שם המשפחה שלו) והוסיף שאינו רשאי לאפשר לאנשים להיכנס למשרדי המפלגה.[12]

המפלגה תמכה בוולודימיר זלנסקי, שזכה בבחירות לנשיאות. בבחירות הפרלמנטריות שנערכו ביולי 2019 הפכה למפלגה הגדולה ביותר, עם 43.16% אחוזי תמיכה. במקום השני סיימה מפלגת המצע האופוזיציוני בראשות יורי בויקו הפרו-רוסי עם 13.06%, מפלגתה של יוליה טימושנקו, מולדת, סיימה במקום השלישי עם 8.18%. מפלגתו של פטרו פורושנקו, סולידריות אירופית, סיימה רביעית עם 8.10% ובמקום החמישי מפלגת "קול" בראשות סביאטוסלב וקארצ'וק עם 5.82%.
