יחסי ארמניה–כורדיסטן העיראקית הם היחסים הבילטרליים שבין ארמניה לכורדיסטן העיראקית. היחסים מתוארים כ'לבביים'.

היסטוריה

היחסים ההיסטוריים בין הארמנים לכורדים התקיימו במהלך ההיסטוריה, כעמים באזור משותף וכמיעוטים באותן מדינות, כשקיים מיעוט ארמני בכורדיסטן, והם אף מיוצגים במושב השמור להם בהפרלמנט של כורדיסטן העיראקית והארמנים הטורקים חברים במפלגת העמים הדמוקרטית הפרו-כורדית.

היחסים בין המדינות החלו ב-1991, כשכורדיסטן העיראקית השיגה עצמאות דה פקטו וארמניה פרשה מברית המועצות. שתי המדינות היו מהמדינות המייסדות של ארגון העמים והאומות הלא מיוצגות ('אנ) (UNPO) ב-1991, אך ארמניה, פרשה ממנו כבר ב-1992, עקב התקבלותה לאו"ם.

הנהגת כורדיסטן העיראקית גינתה במידה רבה את זוועות רצח העם הארמני והתנצלה בשם העם הכורדי עליו רצח העם[1][2][3][4][5].

שר החוץ של ארמניה, אדוארד נאלבדין, אמר לקראת משאל העם על עצמאות כורדיסטן העיראקית ב-2017, כי ארמניה מקווה ליישוב של שלום בייחס למצב שנוצר בעקבות משאל העם הכורדי. הוא גם אמר כי ארמניה מקווה כי השלטון המרכזי העיראקי והממשלה האזורית של כורדיסטן יצליחו להימנע מסיסוך, ולמצוא דרכים ליישב את העניין בשלום[6].

בשנת 2017, הקהילה הארמנית בכורדיסטן העיראקית תמכה במשאל העם על עצמאות כורדיסטן העיראקית, תוך שהיא מתייחסת גם לתמיכה הכורדית בארמנים במהלך רצח העם הארמני[7].


נטען כי לוחמים כורדים-עיארקיים לחמו לצד הכוחות הארמניים במהלך מלחמת נגורנו קרבאך השנייה ב-2020, שם התעמת הכוח הבדלני הארמני עם כוחות הצבא האזרבייג'ניים באזור[8].

נציגויות

ארמניה מחזיקה בקונסוליה בארביל, אך כורדיסטן העיראקית אינה מחזיקה בנציגות בארמניה[9].
