ספין (באנגלית: Spin) הוא סרט טלוויזיה אמריקאי, מסוגת וידאו-דאנס, התבגרות ודרמה, אשר בוים על ידי מנג'ארי מקיג'אני על פי תסריט מאת קרלי שטיינר וג'וש א. כגן. בסרט מככבים אוואנטיקה ואנדנפו, מירה סיאל, אבהאי דאול, אריאן סימהאדרי, מייקל בישופ, ג'אבריל קוק, קרי מדרס ואנה קאת'קארט.

הסרט, המשמש כסרט ה-110 של סרטי ערוץ דיסני, הופק על ידי Disney Channel Original Productions והופץ על ידי Disney–ABC Domestic Television. שידור הבכורה של הסרט היה בארצות הברית בערוץ דיסני ב-13 באוגוסט 2021. בישראל הסרט שודר לראשונה בערוץ דיסני ישראל ב-31 באוגוסט 2021, במסגרת "ספיישל סוף הקיץ"[1].

תקציר העלילה

לאחר מות אמה, מתבגרת בשם ריאה קומאר עובדת במסעדה של משפחתה, בזמן שהיא סובלת מהסערות הרגשיות של אביה. עם זאת, היא מתאהבת בתקליטן, דבר הגורם לתשוקתה למוזיקה להתעורר מחדש.

הפקה

ב-17 במרץ 2020 דווח על פיתוח הסרט עבור שירות הסטרימינג דיסני+, כמו כן פורסם שמנג'ארי מקיג'אני יביים את הסרט על פי תסריט מאת קרלי שטיינר, סלין גייגר וג'וש א. כגן. בנוסף פורסם שזאנה דיוויין תהיה מפיקה בפועל.

ב-20 באוגוסט 2020 דווח שהסרט מפותח מחדש כאחד מסרטי ערוץ דיסני, כאשר רוב צוות ההפקה נשאר אותו דבר, למעט גייגר. באותו חודש לוהקה אוואנטיקה ואנדנפו לתפקיד הראשי, ובחודש ספטמבר הצטרפו אליה מירה סיאל, אבהאי דאול, אריאן סימהאדרי, מייקל בישופ, ג'אבריל קוק, קרי מדרס ואנה קאת'קארט.

הצילום העיקרי של הסרט החל ב-5 באוקטובר 2020 בטורונטו, אונטריו, קנדה והסתיים ב-20 בנובמבר באותה שנה. הסרט צולם גם בברמפטון, שם הקימו סט ששימש כמסעדה.

הפצה

הסרט במקור היה אמור לצאת בשירות הסטרימינג של דיסני, דיסני+, אך לבסוף הוא הופץ בערוצי דיסני השונים. הטיזר הראשון של הסרט הופץ במהלך פרק הסיום של העונה הראשונה של "הסודות של סאלפר ספרינגס". שידור הבכורה של הסרט היה בארצות הברית בערוץ דיסני ב-13 באוגוסט 2021, כאשר צפו בו כ-0.54 מיליון צופים ואחריו שודר הספיישל "היורשים: החתונה המלכותית". בישראל הסרט שודר לראשונה בערוץ דיסני ישראל ב-31 באוגוסט 2021, במסגרת "ספיישל סוף הקיץ".
