תעודת מוסמך PMP

מומחה לניהול פרויקטים או PMP (ראשי תיבות באנגלית של: Project Management Professional) היא הסמכה בינלאומית מוכרת הניתנת על ידי PMI (המכון לניהול פרויקטים)[1]. נכון למרץ 2018, היו 833,025 מוסמכי PMP ברחבי העולם[2]. ההסמכה מבוססת על ה PMBOK (‏Project Management Body of Knowledge - תרגום: גוף הידע לניהול פרויקטים) של PMI.

לעמותת PMI ישנו סניף בישראל הנקרא "העמותה לניהול פרויקטים בישראל".

סילבוס הבחינה

הבחינה מבוססת על הPMP Examination Specification‏[3], אשר מתאר מטלות מתוך חמישה דומיינים של ביצועים:

  • ייזום הפרויקט (13%)
  • תכנון הפרויקט (24%)
  • ביצוע הפרויקט (31%)
  • ניטור ושליטה על הפרויקט (25%)
  • סגירת הפרויקט (7%)

המבחן מורכב מ־200 שאלות בחירה שנכתבו כנגד האפיון במסמך ה PMBOK והקוד האתי של PMP. הבחינה נערכת ללא כל חומר פתוח. 25 מהשאלות בבחינה הן "שאלות דוגמה" אשר משמשות לקליברציה של רמת הקושי ודיוק הבחינה וככאלה אינן נכנסות לחישוב הציון בבחינה והן מפוזרות באקראי לאורך הבחינה, כך שלמעשה הציון הוא כתוצאה מתשובות שאר 175 השאלות בלבד. האחוזים בסוגריים לעיל מציינים את אחוז השאלות לכל דומיין[4].

מטרה

ארגונים ממשלתיים, מסחריים ואחרים דורשים הסמכת PMP כדי לשפר את הסיכוי להצלחה של פרויקט, בכל תחומי הידע, על ידי קביעת סטנדרטיזציה משתפרת והולכת לקבוצת עקרונות של ניהול פרויקטים כפי שבאה לידי ביטוי בספרות PMBOK.

בדצמבר 2005 הסמכת PMP דורגה במקום השביעי במדד "עשרת ההסמכות הטובות בתחום ה-IT" שנערך על ידי ZDNet.[5]. וב-2012 נבחרה על ידי CIO להסמכה החשובה ביותר[6].
